From 5th May to 12th May 2026, Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital celebrated Nurse’s Week 2026 with the theme “Our Nurses, Our Future – Empowered Nurses Save Lives.”

On 5th May, the week commenced with the Inauguration Day, including the formal inauguration ceremony, vision plan presentation, and nursing oath ceremony highlighting dedication and commitment toward patient care. On 6th May, Safe Practice Day focused on Safe IV Therapy and Advanced Dressing Techniques through training sessions, IV dressing demonstrations, quizzes, and prize distribution. On 7th May, Infection Prevention Day covered Prevention of Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) with expert sessions, case discussions, and quiz activities. On 8th May, Wound Care Excellence Day emphasized Advanced Wound Care Management and WAC Dressing through clinical demonstrations and skill-based learning activities. On 9th May, Pressure Injury Prevention Day included training on Pressure Injury Prevention and Management along with risk assessment activities, quizzes, and prize distribution. On 11th May, Medication Safety Day focused on Safe IV Drug Calculation and Infusion Accuracy through calculation training and practical scenarios.

The celebration concluded on 12th May with Grand Celebration Day featuring awards, recognition ceremonies, cultural programs, and the closing ceremony. Throughout the week, floor-wise cake cutting, snack distribution, lunch celebrations, and appreciation activities were conducted to honor nursing professionals for their dedication and compassionate care.
