Crafted with Himalayan gin and distinctive ingredients, each cocktail is designed to echo the layered, botanical character of the mountains.
Their gin cocktail menu features WISDOM, a spirit-forward drink that brings together Himalayan gin, sage leaves, and bitters. Subtle yet robust, it captures the grounded depth of traditional mountain herbs. GRAPEFRUIT CASCADE offers a fresher, citrus-forward profile with grapefruit and oregano, delivering a vibrant, aromatic blend that balances tartness with a herbal finish.
Adding a bright, tropical note is CITRUS SUNRISE, made using fresh malta orange and kaffir lime.
