New Delhi, Sep 09: The Resident Doctors’ Association, All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhopal, has partnered with MedLern to strengthen resuscitation training and emergency preparedness among healthcare professionals through HeartCode Complete, an American Heart Association program.

The collaboration will provide healthcare professionals at RDA AIIMS Bhopal with access to a structured resuscitation learning experience aimed at developing and reinforcing critical resuscitation competencies. In critical emergencies, effective resuscitation depends on healthcare professionals being prepared to respond quickly and confidently. Maintaining this readiness requires more than periodic training and calls for continued learning and practice.

Through MedLern’s platform, HeartCode Complete training will be assigned to healthcare professionals at RDA AIIMS Bhopal, enabling them to access and complete their assigned learning journey. The RQI Go, which supports the HeartCode Complete program, enables a technology-enabled learning and skills practice experience, including hands-on training and competency development.

Dr. Debayan Mandal, President, RDA AIIMS Bhopal, said,

“Continuous learning and practical skill development are important to maintaining readiness in emergency situations. This collaboration provides our healthcare professionals with an opportunity to strengthen their resuscitation knowledge and skills through a structured and comprehensive training approach.”

Harsh Tongia, Associate Vice President, MedLern, said,

“Resuscitation readiness is built through knowledge, practice and continued reinforcement. We are pleased to partner with RDA AIIMS Bhopal to bring HeartCode Complete to its healthcare professionals. Through MedLern, the program can be assigned and managed efficiently, helping healthcare professionals access structured learning and skills development.”

HeartCode Complete provides a comprehensive approach to resuscitation training by combining digital learning with hands-on skills practice. The programme is supported by RQI Go, which helps facilitate the skills-based component of the training and competency development, complementing the digital learning journey.

The collaboration between RDA AIIMS Bhopal and MedLern reflects a continued focus on strengthening clinical education and supporting healthcare professionals with accessible, structured and technology-enabled learning solutions.
