Sumadhura Group Expands Bengaluru Presence with Six Luxury Residential Projects, Eyes INR 10,000 Crore Revenue Potential
Bengaluru, Jan 08: Sumadhura Group, one of South India’s leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of six luxury residential projects across East and North Bengaluru within FY 2026. Collectively, these projects have a revenue potential of ₹10,000 crore and a total saleable area of over 8 million sq. ft., marking the Group’s largest-ever launch and a key milestone in its growth trajectory.
The mega launch reflects Sumadhura Group’s strategic expansion across Bengaluru’s high-growth residential corridors. Spanning 90 acres of land, the projects comprise over 4,000 residential units, including more than 400 premium plots, across East and North Bengaluru’s sought-after micro-markets such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli, and Devanahalli. Each project is thoughtfully curated around distinct architectural and lifestyle themes.
