Kochi, June 9: South Indian Bank unveiled its transformed Vyttila Branch and upgraded ATM, marking a significant milestone in the Bank’s ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and create a more welcoming, accessible, and customer-focused banking environment.

The transformed branch was inaugurated by Mr. Aju Jacob, Managing Director, Synthite Industries Private Limited, while the upgraded ATM was inaugurated by Mr. Sabu Johny, Managing Director, EVM Group of Companies.

The ceremony was attended by South Indian Bank’s senior leadership, including Mr. P R Seshadri, Managing Director & CEO; Mr. Anto George T, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer; and Ms. Tinu Eden Ambatt, Ernakulam Regional Head, along with customers and well-wishers.

Addressing the gathering, the dignitaries appreciated the Bank’s efforts to strengthen customer engagement through enhanced banking infrastructure and modern service facilities. They highlighted the importance of creating banking spaces that are convenient, accessible, and aligned with the evolving expectations of customers.
