New Delhi, Nov 28: Singing Bowls Hospitality, founded by entrepreneur Sahil Baweja and actor-entrepreneur Sunny Leone, officially announces the launch of Potions : Cocktail Theatre, a high-concept cocktail destination at Ambawatta One, Mehrauli, overlooking the iconic Qutub Minar.

Conceived as a cocktail theatre, Potions transforms mixology into performance art, with every drink designed to be an emotional narrative. The venue moves beyond traditional bar formats, positioning bartenders as artists, emotions as themes, and cocktails as acts on a sensorial stage.
A New Cultural Landmark for Delhi’s Nightlife;
“Potions is more than a bar, it is a platform,” said Sahil Baweja, co-founder. “India has exceptional homegrown mixology talent, and we’re committed to giving it a stage. Every cocktail here is a story, and every bartender is an artist shaping that story.”
“With Potions, we wanted to bring back drama, nostalgia, and connection to a night out,” said Sunny Leone, co-founder. “Love & Its Aftermath, our first theme, taps into the emotions we all know, the joy, the heartbreak, the chaos, and turns them into experiences.”
The First Theme: ‘Love & its Aftermath;
The beverage program, led by industry veteran Kamal Kohli, will launch with a seasonal theme titled “Love & its Aftermath.” The menu explores the dramatic, emotional, and often humorous journey of modern love, with cocktails inspired by everything from “The Right Swipe” and “3 AM Hey!” to “Judaai” (Urdu-style yearning) and Bollywood-inspired heartbreak.
Using modern techniques and fresh, in-house ingredients, the menu features highlights like fat-washed tequilas, a Kismi chocolate-washed whiskey in the “Memories” cocktail, and infused gins with regional Indian ingredients. Guests can even collaborate with mixologists to create their own cocktail using an AI prompt, in an interactive experience called “Artificially Intelligent Love.”
“We didn’t just want to open another beautiful bar; we wanted to create a space for performances, emotions and connections,” said Sunny Leone, co-founder. “The ‘cocktail theatre’ is about bringing back the drama and nostalgia to a night out. Each cocktail tells a story, of love, heartbreak, and joy, and our guests get to experience that story with every sip.”
The Cuisine and Décor;
The cuisine is expertly designed to complement the cocktail theatre. The menu features a curated selection of small and sharing plates from Indian Tandoori and European Mediterranean Grills. In line with the philosophy of platforming talent, the kitchen is led by a trio of veteran chefs: Chef Rajdev (formerly of Lavash, Olive), Chef Kuldeep Rawat (formerly of Rooh), and Chef Arpit Verma (Corporate Chef, Chica Loca by Sunny Leone).
The menu gives equal billing to spectacular vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Highlights include the Chili Rubbed Tofu Tikka served with a unique parsley & guava dip, Tandoori Baby Bella Mushrooms with sago poppadom, and non-vegetarian showstoppers such as Jalapeño Salmon Tikka, Tandoori Lobster, and Bourbon Lamb Chops. Guests can also enjoy an interactive live Rumali Roti performance at their table.
The “set design” of the venue is a visual experience in itself, a dramatic contrast between a white fort wall and an all-black volcanic stone cave, with a black-and-white terrace softened by plush greenery, all overlooking the majestic Qutub Minar.
Now Open at Ambawatta One, Mehrauli;
Potions: Cocktail Theatre is now welcoming guests as Delhi’s newest immersive cocktail-led destination, a space where storytelling, emotion, and craftsmanship come together under one dramatic concept.
