This one-night-only experience will also mark the unveiling of Incognito, a private, special section tucked inside Romano’s, created for bespoke celebrations and high-touch culinary moments. With only 16 seats available, the dinner sets the tone for Incognito’s positioning as the hotel’s most exclusive dining enclave, one that can be reserved for private dinners and personalized hosting experiences curated to individual preferences

Guests will be welcomed into an atmosphere that feels warm, refined, and deliberately intimate. The journey unfolds with bold and delicate flavours meeting the rich character of Glenmorangie. Expect vibrant plates such as Insalata Frutti e Fiori paired with Glenmorangie The Original 12 YO, velvety Rigatoni with Apple Blossom, and mains designed to impress. The finale is Fireside, a dessert layered with honey, and jasmine gelato, complemented by the depth of Glenmorangie Infinita 18 YO.
